8 Miles approx. Mixture of beach, road and grassy track.

The walk on the beach at Benone involves crossing over 3 small streams. These come from Downhill cliffs and near the sea they dissipate and should be easily crossed. However if there’s heavy rain this week and/or the tide is not as low as expected, this might be difficult. I suggest we all bring a small towel and be prepared for a paddle!
